We believe in the transformative power of education and community engagement, driving positive change and building a supportive environment for those who have been systemically excluded.

Through mentorship, advocacy, mental wellness, and community engagement, we are dedicated to creating opportunities that nurture their potential and celebrate their unique strengths, helping them to excel in their educational journey and beyond.
Meet Our Founder
Juliesa S. McFarlane, Ed.D
With over a decade of experience in education and community engagement, she founded Kindle Community Inc. to address the persistent barriers that limit access to resources, support, and academic success in underserved communities.
Holding a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, Dr. McFarlane brings a deep understanding of systemic inequities and a fierce commitment to dismantling them through mentorship, advocacy, and direct community action. Under her leadership, Kindle Community Inc. has launched dynamic programs that foster self-advocacy, celebrate identity, and promote excellence across all areas of life.
